In 2013 he took over medical services at Spaderma Med Spa in Lincoln Park. In 2019, with a desire for more one-to-one patient care instead of supervising multiple other injectors, he opened MGMD Aesthetics. This boutique facial rejuvenation studio is where, along with 25 years experience as an Emergency Physician, Dr. Green uses his aesthetic expertise to provide customized injections with meticulous attention to your needs and desired outcome producing a more youthful appearance with a priority on natural results.

He has been a Chartered Financial Analyst since 1989 and is an Illinois licensed producer in life/health insurance as well real estate.
