Mr. Eschbach is founder and president of Eschbach Enterprises, Inc. (EE), a comprehensive business advisory firm focused on enhancing corporate value to take business owners to their next level of success.
Through the various subsidiaries under the EE umbrella as well as the established affiliations/strategic partnerships he has established in his 40-plus years as a senior financial executive leader, Mr. Eschbach has the direct experience and/or knows subject matter professionals that enables business owners to continue to thrive.
His companies over the years have represented both the sellers and buyers in dozens of business transactions over 40 years, ranging in size from under $100 thousand to over $15 billion, and in industries such as energy, technology, entertainment, healthcare management, retail and home services to name a few.
Building upon this, Mr. Eschbach is a published author, sought-after public speaker, audio and video podcast host at both the local and national levels and community leader – both past and present – on a number of community nonprofit boards and professional organizations.
Mr. Eschbach holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Connecticut and a Master of Business Administration degree in Investment Finance from the University of Hartford. He has been a Chartered Financial Analyst since 1989 and is an Illinois licensed producer in life/health insurance as well real estate.

Lisa Ciota is a strategic and financial communications executive professional with significant experience enhancing and protecting a company’s reputation and value. Currently, Ciota serves as a Director on the Board of the DuPage Symphony Orchestra and is a Docent at the Chicago Architecture Center where she sits on that organization’s communications committee.
Ciota was president of Lead-IR Advisors, Inc., an independent investor relations consultancy, from 2016 through 2020. Previously, Ciota headed the investor and corporate relations functions at SunCoke Energy, Inc., which was ranked as among the best such programs by Institutional Investor Magazine. Between 1992 – 2010, Ciota was with McDonald’s Corporation, where she held progressively more responsible positions, eventually becoming director, investor relations.
Ciota served on the Chicago Chapter board of the National Investor Relations Institute from 2005 through 2020. During this time, she held a variety of leadership roles including chairman, president, executive vice president and vice president-programming.
Ciota has received local and national recognition for her work at both SunCoke and McDonald’s and is a two-time recipient of the National Investor Relations Institute’s national leadership award. Ciota holds an MBA from Northern Illinois University and a B.S. in finance from the University of Illinois.

Sarah Tegeler is the manager of Eschbach Enterprises, Inc. (EE), a comprehensive business advisory firm focused on enhancing corporate value to take business owners to their next level of success. She has professional experience in sales, client relations, administration and is a certified Microsoft Office Associate. Sarah’s enthusiastic about the creative aspect of entrepreneurship. She admires the courage and perseverance it takes to own and operate a business, which is why she finds her current profession both rewarding and enjoyable. In her downtime, Sarah likes to bike ride, be outdoors, and spend time with her family.
Project Coordinator – Finance & Marketing
Isha Elandassery is Project Coordinator – Finance & Marketing for Eschbach Enterprises, Inc., d/b/a Transworld Business Advisors of Naperville. Her primary role is to work with the team in support of financial analysis and related collateral marketing materials for both selling and buying clients of the firm.
Isha is a 2023 Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce ‘4 Under 40’ award recipient, demonstrating excellence in Leadership in Community, Leadership in Business, Excellence in Career and Work/Life Balance.
In 2024, she placed first in Indiana University’s National Diversity Case Competition, presenting a Diversity Equity and Inclusion initiative to Delta Airlines.
Isha is in her sophomore year at Indiana University Kelley School of Business in Bloomington Indiana, where she is majoring in Finance, Business Analytics, Communications and Public Advocacy.
Between semesters, she resides in Naperville, IL.
