Eschbach Enterprises is delighted to announce that Isha Elandassery, one of last year’s Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce’s ‘4 under 40’ winners, has joined the team as a summer intern!
Isha Elandassery is a true trailblazer. Not only is she the founder of Naperville Rising Women in Business (NRWIB), but also a catalyst for empowering teen girls to become the future leaders of tomorrow. She is also the driving force behind Salus Security, a startup dedicated to developing innovative products that ensure the safety of college students on campuses. Additionally, Elandassery played a pivotal role in launching and nurturing the growth of the NACC High School Network where she served as Chair in the past year. Following her recent graduation from Naperville North High School, Elandassery is pursuing a degree in Business Management at Indiana University this fall.
The ‘4 under 40’ award recognizes outstanding young professionals who have made remarkable contributions to their respective fields as well as inside the NACC before the age of 40. The recipients were chosen following nominations, a written submission, and an in-person interview, with criteria surrounding NACC involvement, Community Involvement and Leadership, and Excellence in their chosen career.
“Isha has accomplished so much in the area of general business, and she has more to learn as she works toward her degree at Indiana University. While she wants to learn more about the mergers and acquisitions arena for Main Street and Middle Markets Businesses, our team looks forward to learning from her as well.”
