Ashley Micciche is the CEO at True North Retirement Advisors. She helps business owners exit their business and retire with financial security, letting them focus on running their business while she plans the exit. Ashley is a second-generation family business owner, so she understands the plight of the day-to-day business owner trying to do everything. Her first career plan was to be a river raft guide, but then she went to business school and discovered helping people retire is where she wanted to be.
