Through mergers/acquisitions as owner of Transworld Business Advisors of Naperville (part of a multi-office Chicago and team) as well as commercial real estate, revenue enhancement and expense reduction services with other firms owned or partnered with, his focus is on operational and financial enhancement. He is known as a business builder who shows business owners, buyers and sellers how to achieve their goals and obtain optimum value for their business. As a seasoned senior-level executive, Steve also has an extensive background in investor relations, corporate communications, strategic planning and Board- level leadership with community non-profits and industry professional organizations. Having professionally traversed the world many times working with fellow executives effectively communicate the investment merits of the companies they represented to key audiences, Steve and his wife of 38 years, Kathy, are now focusing their leisurely travels to visiting family throughout the United States – their three adult children (and five grandchildren) in Connecticut, Maryland and Minnesota. When staying put in their home in Naperville, IL, Steve and Kathy find the time to enjoy the outdoors – backyard pool, hiking/ biking/kayaking in the local parks as well as hitting the links at the nearby golf courses. When the weather doesn’t cooperate, indoor activities include reading good books and watching the classic movies.
